intranet site, company calendar and other web based tools to streamline

the Minneapolis metro area transitioned over to a Comcast franchise. § My job duties stayed the same as Time Warner Cable,
but we will be soon we will be supporting all of the Minneapolis and St. Paul
metro areas. § I am currently training with CSG and Motorola cable
equipment to provide the best possible customer service to customers in all
